benizakura 9148 106 benizakura japanese craft ginThis small distillery in Sapporo, Hokkaido, produces very small batches of gin and experiments with different flavors. The 9148 #3891 Gin was a limited edition bottling in spring 2020. It uses 16 botanicals, including currants, coffee beans, and red truffle. Very thin silver flakes were also added to the gin.

It was also only available in Japan

This bottling used only whisky distilled from corn

The peat note gives the whisky an earthy character
