1983
Salasar Builders was founded as Trimurti Constructions in 1983 with our cofounder being one of the three partners. Trimurti Constructions went on to successful completion of over 9+ projects in the duration of 7 years.
1990
Hari Om Society-1 was our first independent project launched under ‘Salasar Builders’. The project was an instant success and this paved a way to the legacy of Salasar Builders that is still running.
We completed over 22 projects in a time period of two decades in Amroli, most famous being Bhagunagar Society, Haridham Society, Shivam Rowhouse, Shivanjali Rowhouse, Suryanjali Residency and many more..
2006
After two successful decades in Amroli, with the new management at the helm we started construction in Vesu-one of the most developing areas in Surat.
Our foray into the semi luxurious segment of Vesu area led to many successful projects, namely Sunrise Residency, Shyam Residency, Sunshine Residency.
2010
After so many years in the construction industry we felt the need to provide a corporate base and prestigious identity to our operations. With this resolution in mind SHAM House (completed in 2010) - our Iconic corporate house became the symbol of our companies’ growth through three decades.
